TRAIN WITH RACHEL
Rachel is a certified personal trainer through AFAA and has a NASM specialization in nutrition.
She specializes in weight loss, strength training and sport specific training.
She also offers nutrition consultations including written meal plans.
TRAIN WITH DAVE
Dave is a personal trainer with NASM CPT and NASM PES certifications.
His specialties include sport training, fat loss, and corrective exercise.
Dave is a former Division 1 college athlete and currently competes in martial arts and natural bodybuilding.
